BOB FM brings you safe trick or treating at City Center at Oyster Point! Enjoy face painting, gourd painting, Halloween crafts, and much more! See children's favorite characters roaming around! A costume contest will be held at 1:00 PM with great prizes awarded for the best costume!!!!
