So what is The Chalking of Ghent?  It's the one day this summer that we will come together to make the sidewalks of Ghent into temporary works of art by drawing all over them.

• This even is FREE & open tot the public.
• The chalking will start on Colley Ave. between Princess Anne and 21st (but will most likely spread out)
• Chalk will be available at Color Me Mine, NARO Cinema, East Coast Bicycles and Harbor Gallery. 
• The event ends with a pizza party at YNot Pizza, starting at 2 pm. There will be free pizza slices for $1 suggested donations. Ronald McDonald House® Charities of Norfolk is the beneficiary. 
• There will be prizes given out for Best This or Best That. Just check in with volunteers at one of the chalk stations for directions and details.
