*FREE* meat identification charts. A great resource to help you understand where cuts of meat are located on the animal.

Beef Made Easy (2005)Sorry vegetarians this one is for the meat eaters:

I was rummaging through some old files and came across a BEEF MADE EASY chart that showed the different cuts of beef and the best ways to prepare them.  I wanted a new one because mine was looking a bit roughed up, but I couldn't remember where I got it from.

Well I did a search and found a site that has meat charts for Beef, Pork, Lamb & Goat...best of all they are free to download.  These charts are a great resource to help you understand where brisket, pork butt, and other cuts of meat are located on the animal.
